Premium Aluminum Systems for villas, residences, and commercial projects

Professional on-site measurement and design

A useful window and door quotation begins with useful project information. The more clearly the opening conditions are described, the easier it is to compare frame systems, glass packages, hardware, delivery, and installation without hidden assumptions.

Start with drawings and an opening schedule

Send plans, elevations, sections, and a marked opening schedule if they are available. Identify each opening, its room, width, height, sill condition, opening direction, and whether it is fixed, sliding, folding, hinged, or tilt and turn.

Record the actual site conditions

For an existing building, measure the rough opening in several places and note the smallest width and height. Record wall thickness, finished floor level, sill slope, reveals, waterproofing, and any obstructions. Photos with a tape measure are often more useful than a single dimension.

Explain performance and finish goals

State the priorities for insulation, sound control, solar control, security, ventilation, privacy, and cleaning access. Include preferred frame colors, glass appearance, hardware finish, insect screens, and any motorized or smart-home requirements.

Include project and delivery information

Share the project location, construction stage, target installation date, access restrictions, floor level, packaging needs, and who will install the products. These details affect packing, logistics, site protection, and the order of approvals.

Next step: Send your drawings, opening list, photos, and finish preferences together. Beigeman can then identify missing information before preparing a clearer quotation.
